Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully roll and wrap your rug in its original protective packaging or equivalent heavy-duty plastic to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and schedule a professional courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team confirms the rug is in its original, unaltered condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
